Ruth Granen is the owner and founder of YOUR HOME, INC. She initially developed the idea for this company while working as a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer for Bank of America. During Ruth’s 15-year career with Bank of America, her main responsibility was to provide financial support to her clients. However, her expertise and knowledge expanded as she faced requests from her elderly clients as they sought advice on other issues.

One of the greatest needs her clients’ had was for assistance in downsizing and transitioning to a smaller residence. In working with these clients, Ruth recognized that leaving familiar surroundings and relocating to a new environment was stressful for anyone, especially seniors. She sought additional ways to help and developed expertise in many aspects of relocation and downsizing. Her versatility and compassion combine to make Ruth a valuable resource for anyone experiencing a home transition.

Ruth is a Certified Interior Redesigner and is a member of Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (IRIS). She has wonderful sense of design and the ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in any home. Her love of design and of antiques and collectables led her to acquire professional training in Interior Redesign from Sharp Designs and in professional organizing from ProfessionalOrganizers.com. Ruth has extensive personal experience in home remodeling and landscape design. She combines all of her knowledge, talents and experience to make your house YOUR HOME.

Ruth received professional training in interior redesign by Val Sharp, of Sharp Redesigns in Victoria, B.C. and is a member of Interior Redesign Industry Specialists.
